Why I Support Savers

Am a single parent living pay check to pay check just to make ends meet trying to become a homeowner not just myself but for my kids. There is alot of young women like myself is not aware of the importance of becoming a homeowner.

I look at as if something happen to me today or tomorrow what do my kids have to fall back on? Teaching them the values at an early age to learn how to save money and not buy everything you see I don't want them to make the mistake that I did.

And looking at most of my classmates younger than me already have there first home. I went to the first time homebuyer program and had my credit pulled OMG I had so much stuff on my credit report I couldn't believe it.

Yes am young and I wish I was taught at an early age by my parents about credit and what will happen if you don't keep it under control far a paying bills on time and not to keep opening up account because it sounds good or you will receive 25% off your entire purchase.

It's hard to purchase a home or having to finance for a car with the credit that I had all my money that I save went toward paying off my debt now am tryin to build it back up now it's hard with my everyday bills that I have now I took care far as paying off my debt not am just needing to save for my down payment in which I think I have a clear moment some thing always come up.

I never though that I would want become a homeowner until I having kids my son is 10 and my daughter is 9. I just had a misscarriage and come to find out I wasn't only carrying one baby I was pregnant with twins I was very shocked twins don't run on my side of the family nor the father of the babies.

This just happened FEB 5,2010 am taking it one day at a time tryin to cope with the lost I know there in a better place. Sometimes I can go back and ask myself what happen what could I have done inorder for this to no happen.

Am needing assistance for whom ever would like to help me and my family I will surly appricate it word's can't express the way I feel besides THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

For my down payment I will need to have $2,500.00.
